The Special Executive Program in Corporate Management and Control aims to enable the learner to understand the fundamentals of corporate governance structure and functions and their respective controls so that the learner is able to point out the discrepancies in performance and reporting on the corporate level.
The course aims to enable the learner with tools and technique to identify, analyze and prepare to deal with risk emanating from the corporate management and control. The learner will be prepared to better deals with internal and external controls issues.
